All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.Duties:

  • Knowledge of beverages such: coffee, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • High-quality barista skills, timing shots, knowledge of adjusting grinders, and latte art (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in using a range of milk alternatives
  • Experience on the floor with shifts when required
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
  • Work closely and support the lounge runners with service
  • Assist with serving guests food and beverage goods
  • Restock goods acccurately and consistently throughout your shift
Qualifications
  • MUST have a valid RSA
  • Experienced in a similarly fast-paced, busy environment
  • A motivated personality is necessary, along with enthusiasm for all things food and drink
  • Have a passion for hospitality - Food & Beverage
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to assist on the floor if required
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and on weekends
  • Ability to obtain Federal Police clearance to work in the restricted areas associated withthe airport.
