Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading 4* Hotel - International Chain as they look for Bar/ Lounge Manager to manage 2 of their outlets in Abu Dhabi. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in managing a hotel restaurant / bar lounge or a licensed standalone venue.As a Bar / Lounge Manager, you will:- Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations- Ensure delivery of financial objectives of the restaurant- Ensure service and sanitation standards are met- Guarantee customer satisfaction and retention- Be the leader in providing exceptional customer service at all times- Lead, train, and manage restaurant staffDesirable skills and background:- A degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Service Management, or similar from Australia/ America or Europe- Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar field and capacity- Experience in Australia/ America or Europe is preferred- Confident, a team player, and has excellent customer service skills- Experience in managing a team and human resources activities- Western nationals are highly encouraged to apply- Open to work evening shifts only as the venues are open for dinner till lateIn return for your hard work and commitment, the company is willing to pay a basic salary of AED 11,000 with great single status benefits (annual flight ticket, medical insurance, accommodation).
