Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:The focus of the role is to deliver all the technology, risk, experience and enablement projects across the talent acquisition, onboarding, PRD and internal mobility platforms working in close collaboration with Emiratization, Culture and Talent Management teams.The Project Manager, TA will be responsible for delivering all the program and projects for the Talent Acquisition function in building a digital first recruitment proposition offering an end to end online hiring solution with clear ROI based around key metrics including but not limited to customer satisfaction, cost, TAT and improved risk management.The roles spans across the life cycle of complete program management.1.Project Management Planning and Design2.Finalizing the Project scope, Cost and Timelines3.Identifying Risk and challenges across the program4.Regular monitoring and reporting5.Stakeholder management6.Vendor Management7.Platform Selection8.Collaboration across multiple internal and external teamsReporting to the SVP & Head of Talent Acquisition, this role primarily acts as an enabler to make sure that all the projects and programs are delivered on time with the agreed scope and budget. The role will have strong co-ordination with other key stakeholders in HR and FAB?s business units namely Group IT, Group Risk, Compliance, SVM and Marketing.Generic AccountabilityThe project function is responsible for ensuring that all the projects are managed, planned, monitored and delivered successfully.The role is required to liaise with various stakeholders from IT, business and support functions.The role should follow a robust project management process and ensure the plan is well documented and all the project artefacts are created and delivered with utmost quality and standards. Additional the role will also be responsible for producing future forecast and proactive reporting to various stakeholders.Job Specific Accountabilitiesa.Strategic Alignment ?   • Working with the Business relationship managers, Business Project Managers, governance and business management functions to ensure alignment across all the stakeholders.
  • Document strategy for future planning, monitoring and control
b.Measuring Performance
  • Establish Group/Team KPIs and Metrics enabling us to measure performance/success and identify improvement areas
c.Reportingand monitoring
  • Ensure proper reports are produced for regular monitoring and controls.
  • FAB PMO has comprehensive methodology for project management that is used during project implementations.
?Specific Accountability
  • Work with various project teams and stakeholders to understand the business demand for all new projects
  • Translate the business demands into Project/Program requirements
  • Ensure delivery of theprojects within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints
  • Assess business process and re-engineering processes, implement new process and drive execution and delivery of those
  • Reporting progress against plan
  • Producing the deliverables/products to agreed specifications
  • Track key project deliverables/products
  • Identifying and managing issues and risks associated with the project
  • Contributing towards successful communication and keeping stakeholders abreast of project updates
  • Ensure Vendor deliveries are on time
