Implement QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal in the tendering and estimation department? Encourage all staff under his/her management to be involved in continual improvement on QHSE aspects? To communicate the sustainable policy of the company to the potential clients? To understand the legal requirement of the tender? To address and recommend the sustainable FM practice to the clients in the tendering stage
