JOB PURPOSE?Process manage supplier pre-qualification process?Preform registration and documentation on centralized system?Support the performance management of suppliersROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Perform pre-qualification of suppliers ( consultants, contractors and vendors) as per the company policy and procedure.?Manage the suppliers prequalification information through an efficient, centralized and online procurement / ERP system (SAP Ariba/Oracle)?Coordinate with suppliers on clarifying the process, and the requirement to fulfil a successful pre-qualification.?Coordinate with related stakeholders on evaluating suppliers based on technical, financial, sustainability and HSE requirement.?Manage the library of supplier database available with Aldar and registration of supplier on SAP Ariba Platform.?Approve and notifies the supplier on pre-qualification status?Ensure all relevant information provided by the suppliers for Pre-Qualification are as per PAS 91 Standard.?Obtain approvals for supplier Pre-Qualifications in accordance with applicable procedures?Integrate data between the pre-qualification and supplier performance reports and improvement plan.?Extend the full support to the procurement team members for selection of potential bidders per category.?Follow Suspension and Termination Process and Procedures in case of poor supplier performance.KEY RESULT AREAS?Suppliers Pre-qualification data?Updated Suppliers management profiles in SAP Ariba systemYoE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSRELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCEMin of: 4+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Vendor management/ Construction within the UAE or Middle East region.SECTOR EXPERIENCEReal estate , Construction sectorsTECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS?Strong knowledge and experience working with local Design Consultants and Contractors.?Understanding of Vendor prequalification process and best practices with specific relevance in the housing sector.?Good understanding of the ?Design and build? journey for residential Project?Well-versed with local regulations on designer consultants and contractors, best practice in Vendor management and quality assurance process and procedures?Professional expertise in SAP/Ariba?Leadership and strong interpersonal skillsQUALIFICATION?Bachelors Degree in Engineering.?CIPS certification preferred.
