As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be working closely with the CTO as an in-house resource to drive the entitys transformation processes.Client DetailsThis is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.DescriptionLiaise with senior management to understand requirements and ensure they are aligned to its long - term strategy.Utilise your data analysis and financial modelling skills to analyse financial statements and assess business plans to provide insights on financial impact and ROICreate reports and presentations incorporating metrics and data to demonstrate the impact of transformation and its alignment with strategic objectives.Act as a PMO during the transformation process, liaising with multiple stakeholders, including the C- suite, to deliver data drive insights to support their decision-making processProfileAn undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, public policy, finance, or engineering.An MBA or relevant masters degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.At least 4 - 6 years experience in an international strategy consulting firm, with exposure to transformation engagements in the healthcare sectorStrong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices with an aptitude for analytical work.Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.Excellent verbal and written presentation skillsAbility to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership teamJob OfferAttractive, tax-free salary Strategic role with the opportunity to play a part in the transformation of a hugely successful organization.
