You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team.As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:Provide clients with the highest level of customer service maintaining the brands high standards.In charge of sales and/or operations and bringing in new and existing clients through your own references.Assists the Boutique Manager to monitor the boutique KPIs.Ensure smooth day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.Desirable skills and background:Bachelors or a masters degree in business or any relevant subject.At least 8-10 years experience in luxury retail industry providing world class customer service to VIP and HNW clients.3-5 years of management experience.If you are a commercially driven Store Manager, this is a great opportunity for you to work in an energetic and progressive organization.
