As an Assistant Store Manager at Ipekyol Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You will also be involved in staff training, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Maintain store visual standards and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
