  • Ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
  • Assist with the monitoring and recording of all store sales, costs, payroll and profits according to store procedures.
  • Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation.
  • Ensures all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner.
  • Assists with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for store staff.
  • Monitor all store inventory and place orders as required.
  • Implement and promote strategies for store loss prevention.
  • Administrative Management.
  • To assist Management in increasing the Spas profitability
  • Be concerned with staff discipline and staff performance and help to develop skills for all staff within the section
  • Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
  • To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstance as assigned or required by Management
  • Having a positive attitude towards work, are self-disciplined and self-motivated, sets a good working example for all sub-ordinates.
Qualifications
  • At least 4years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in hospitality
  • Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
  • Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
