Position Title:Assistant Restaurant ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefitsJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.

  • Assisting the restaurant manager and general manager in carrying out their duties.
  • Setting sales targets to the team in order to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Providing FOH team with a stimulating and supportive environment while maintaining standards of customer service.
  • Coordinating daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
  • Working as the manager on the floor (MTF).
  • Working as the manager on duty (MOD).
  • Submitting paperwork on documentations for incident report, finance report, broken equipment and or internal employee related matters
