? Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering? Minimum 15 years of total experience in roads, infrastructure construction, and landscape projects? At least 8 years of experience in the UAE in the role of Assistant Resident Engineer? Proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, utilities, and public realm enhancements? Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, authorities’ requirements, and quality/safety regulations? Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills?
