Assistant Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRequirements:•Bachelors degree in B.tech civil Engineering, Diploma Civil Engineering or Quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.•2-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction.•Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Key Responsibilities:•Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects.•Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project progress.•Assist Quantity Surveyor in preparing interior payment application.•Assist in checking and approving subcontractors interior payments.•Monitor project expenses and assist in cost control measures.•Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.•Prepare and submit work inspection request (WIR).•Take off quantities based on drawings, specification and site measurements.
