ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER- ARCHITECT (SPACE PLANNING)Responsibilities:

Engage stakeholders and supports the leads in the space readiness working group in the ORAT Facilities Workstream.
Engage stakeholders to validate space allocations & FF&E requirements into Room Data Sheets (RDS)
Develop space layouts (AutoCAD or similar) within the limitations of existing power & dataprovisions and ensure these are reviewed and accepted by stakeholders for Day 1 operations.
Develop a central Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the RDS to identify overall requirements. Agree budgeting and procurement responsibilities with each stakeholder
Centralise stakeholder procurement plans, track and monitor procurement and deployment activities
Define the FF&E deployment plan and manage FF&E deployment for stakeholder spaces
Facilitate stakeholder space take over with Property Management
Identify endencies, key status and review milestones in line with the D-360, 180, 90, 60, 30 ORAT countdown to MTC opening.
Manage the resolution of all space allocation & FF&E related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT programme
Compile PPT for engagement with each stakeholder
Plan and execute all related site visits
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
