Job Description

Assistant Manager Business Performance Improvement We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager - Business Process Improvement to join the Financial Services vertical of Protiviti Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE and the selected resource will support Protivitis banking and financial services projects for clients located in Abu Dhabi. The Business Process Improvement Assistant Manager is a client facing role that requires supporting process improvement programs across client organizations, analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with various departments within client organizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and design improvement solutions by leveraging process improvement methodologies.
  • Capture as-is processes through discovery workshops with clients, identify improvement options mapped to gaps, classify, and prioritize transformational interventions.
  • Use data analytics and process mapping techniques to redesign workflows/processes.
  • Identify process variations, document inter departmental handoff points, understand existing process maps, articulate tasks, draft service level agreements, define process governance, design performance KPIs and capture business rules and exceptions.
  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within banking processes and build transformational roadmap for client business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional client teams to design go-to processes, setup new services, inter departmental agreements and establish end to end processes.
  • Orchestrate execution of continuous improvement concepts such as Six Sigma, Lean, Value stream mapping in conducting client assignments.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, and LEAN champions, to build continuous improvement plans and support ongoing transformation programs.
  • Lead and facilitate TPM / LEAN/process improvement workshops.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and improvement outcomes.
  • Apply skills to work on a wide variety of projects across different clients, simultaneously.
Desired Profile:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in process improvements, business analysis, or consulting.
  • Experience in client facing roles and exposure to banking and financial service organizations.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills, demonstrated in previous work experience.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel,).
  • Ability to visualize and review business needs, formulate a business case, and communicate in a way that gets stakeholder buy-in.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or relevant fields.
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO, or other relevant certifications will be a value addition.
  • Spoken and written proficiency in Arabic is an added benefit for this role.
