To manage leasing of residential & commercial units.
To search and finding potential tenants (individual, corporate, high volume government contracts) for leasehold units.
Attend incoming/outgoing inquiries from existing renters/prospective renters, showing in the units, explaining terms of occupancy.
To negotiate with the tenants on the rent and the terms and conditions an prepare offers and contracts, arrange for Tawtheeq registration.
Assist in establishing rental rate by surveying local rental rates.
Attracts tenants by advertising vacant units, obtaining referrals from current tenants.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy.
Ensure timely renewals of residential and commercial units.
Manage tenancy termination procedures.
Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services.
Approve utility and other cash reimbursements and advancement in line with procedures.
Assist leasing team to ensure all targets are met, meet service criteria and procedure and policies are followed.
Prepare leasing related reports and dashboard for Management as and when needed
