Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant IT Manager to join our team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network administration, IT troubleshooting, and support, with a strong ability to manage IT operations across remote sites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Ensure IT security and data protection measures are in place.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
  • Maintain documentation related to systems configuration, user access, and IT processes.
  • Provide support during IT audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Ensure the smooth running of IT systems in a challenging environment, including remote site support.
