Black & Grey HR is currently representing a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Director with extensive experience in the industry to lead and oversee Hospitality operations to align with the strategic and commercial development plans.<br /><br />- Cultivate robust relationships with existing and new clients, sponsors, suppliers, and stakeholders.<br />- Advise the Executive Leadership on short and long-term strategic plans for hospitality assets.<br />- Manage hospitality assets financial performance to optimize investment returns.<br />- Direct the hospitality team, ensuring business development and relationship management efforts align with the goals.<br />- Ensure asset quality and standards match the overall Asset Management strategy.<br />- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) and operators to drive operational strategies and occupancy.<br />- Assist in creating detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for hospitality development projects.<br />- Monitor asset performance for maximum ROI and review operating, business, and strategic plans.<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Real Estate, Events Management, or related fields.<br />- 15+ years of hospitality/hotel & resort development experience,<br />- 7+ years of experience in the UAE.<br />- Strong understanding of global and local GCC hospitality industries.<br />- In-depth knowledge of the local hospitality regulatory environment.<br />- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).<br />- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.<br />- Willingness to travel as required.<br /><br />If you are a dynamic individual with a passion and a proven track record in the Hospitality field, we invite you to apply now and be part of our clients forward-thinking team.<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive salary package<br /><br /><br />
