Job Description

Job Overview:The Assistant Healthcare Specialist will be assisting and supporting in strategizing & executing the sales & marketing programs, reporting to the Health Care Specialist, to increase brand awareness & acquire recommendations of baby care products from health care industry professionals (Gynecologists, Neonatologists, Midwives, Pediatric Nurses & other relevant Health care professionals) in order to maximize the company product value, customer development and consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance & update product knowledge to be up to date, verifiable & accurate including marketing and product environments.
  • Represent as product ambassador by educating & training health care professionals (primarily lactation consultants, midwives, nurses & Specialists doctors) on our baby care range and its features.
  • Call on maternity hospitals, birth centers, antenatal clinics, and other specialist clinics to develop and maintain close relationships with healthcare professionals such as Neonatologists, gynecologists, dermatologists, midwives & other healthcare professionals to ensure their requirements are being met by the company?s products & services.
  • Proactive and reactive communication with relevant health care specialists to be aware of their activities, seminars, understand their key needs, etc.
  • Attend Antenatal, postnatal classes and breastfeeding workshops or seminars at various health care facilities to educate ?mothers to be? about products supported by Demos.
  • Organize & attend relevant healthcare events, conferences, or tradeshows to showcase company?s products to build key relations with target customer groups.
  • Liaison with key professional organizations such as College of Midwives, Maternal & Child Health Association to organize or part, take any events or training sessions to increase awareness of baby & mother care products & its features.
  • Plan & organize to arrange & allocate promotional trial products, promotional gifts, printed as well as digital educational/ training inputs with relevant stake holders.
  • Manage data to develop territory plans and marketing strategies that helps to achieve company?s marketing objectives.
