POSITION SUMMARYAs Assistant Cost Control you will ensure the smooth and effective running of day-to-day Goods Receiving and stores operation. In this role, you assist Food & Beverage department to achieve budgeted Food & Beverage Costs. Manage all aspects of Material Control and Micros point of Sale function within hotel and provide assistance when required.You will prepareDaily Flash Cost reports, conduct the Inventory daily spot checks in the stores & outlets.You will also transfer the Consumption & daily receiving Journals from BSS to PEOPLESOFT system.You will also be responsible in checking and approving Beverage Requisition as well asChecking and Posting Spoilage Report. In this role, you are expected to prepareRecipe Costing and Pricing, review daily beverage Sales Report and match with Micros. You willalso monitor and drive adherence to SOPs and Policies, walkthrough and observe storerooms overall operation and prepareBanquet bars consumption and short/over reporting. As Cost Control Supervisoryou will be preparing Bar par spot check and short/over reporting, reviewing and preparing the Month-End Inventory Schedule, balancing Purchases with Account Payable. You will also verify the items void control report & Open items summary, verify the Guest amenities & other cost credits. During month-end, you will be preparation of month-end short/over report for bar consumption and preparation of Food, Beverage & tobacco Monthly Reconciliations.Introduce and monitor par stock levels in all Beverage outlets (excluding Banquets) in line with Marriott policy and procedures. QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelors Degree in related the field is required. Experience:Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a luxury hotel.
