An Area manager, will have overall responsibility for a number of stores in an allocated area and responsible for staff and closely work with the Operation Manager by way of reporting to and other department managers.Area manager?s responsibilities will include Setting area sales targets in compliance with the company targets, maximizing sales and profitability by providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment while maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and driving teamperformance controlling the training and development of staff of the stores in the demarcated area.
