Job Description

  • Assist the Operations Manager for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurants including, Sales, Customer Service, Quality Control, Operations, Staff Development, training, and Human Resources
  • Ensure all restaurant HR paperwork is kept up to date and review all service contracts for restaurant services and get competitive rates.
  • Sign off on all restaurant schedules and timesheets and assist in month end inventory
  • Maintain Warehouse stocks to ensure packaging always available
  • Assist in all new store openings and review daily store operations, is the ?Store-in-Charge? leading by example and following all policies and procedures
  • Identify any cleaning & hygiene issues within the restaurant
