Job Description

  • Develop project?s concept design and prepare detail design drawings.
  • Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities? requirements, regulations and international standards.
  • Generate and manage Architectural BIM models.
  • Coordinate BIM Models with other disciplines to achieve a fully coordinated BIM project.
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
  • Creating element Revit families.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years? experience with a consultancy office in UAE.
  • Minimum 3 years? experience in BIM Implementation on major projects.
  • Advanced capabilities with BIM software applications such as Revit, Navisworks.
  • Ability to lead mid-size projects and coordinate fully with other disciplines.
  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
