Job Description

A Project Architect plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry.This position combines the principles of architecture and engineering to check designs and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures. The Project Architect Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the designs are met on site.With a minimum of 7 years experience required in luxury villas and fitouts, this role is ideal for professionals who are adept at managing complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  1. Present architectural designs and plans to clients and stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project alignment.
  3. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  4. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and engineers.
  7. Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
