Job Description

Job Summary:The Architect Engineer with Quantity Surveying experience will manage all aspects of architectural design, project planning, and cost estimation. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise in quantity surveying to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage architectural designs and plans for various construction projects.
  • Ability to review consultant architectural structure drawings to identify design mistakes, overestimations, or underestimations.
  • Arrange online or on-site meetings with the client to explain or clarify the comments provided in the structure.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients & team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures to minimize financial risks.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for tendering and procurement. (optional)
