Collating, organizing and analysing data from the consultant(s)/delivery team
Challenging the end users on the technical requirements in a way that technically safeguard the interest of the client.
Agreeing on primary and secondary materials
Preparing graphs at system level, ascertaining specs & creating overall summary of quantities
Identifying list of vendors for materials by referring to the approved list of suppliers from ADWEA & ADSSC for infra material
Floating the RFPs to the market
Commercially negotiating with the suppliers to ensure best rates and delivery period are committed considering the following challenges:

The specific nature of some infra items as ?engineered products? which are governed by UAE statutory regulations
The monopoly/oligopoly nature of the competition
The high bargaining power of the suppliers and their traditional business model which is based on avoiding price commitments with the clients

Preparing & executing MoU?s
Monitoring/Administering the MOU?s and relationship between suppliers and contractors
Providing samples for building materials to design/consultant team for review & approval
Providing feedback on the usage of MOU?s as well as benefits resulted from the procured products under the MOU?s
