Job Description

  • Full understanding of projects? requirements concerning time, cost and quality.
  • Develop project innovative concept design to fulfil client?s requirements and project?s needs.
  • Develop project?s concept design and prepare detail design drawings.
  • Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities? requirements, regulations and international standards.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines at all stages to develop a fully coordinated project.
  • Study, analyze and provide technical solutions for design problems.
  • Meet clients/ Developers/ Authorities for technical discussions when required.
  • Drive innovative and cost-effective solutions into the design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Architecture/Architectural Design.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years? experience with a consultancy office in UAE.
  • Ability to lead mid-size projects and coordinate fully with other disciplines.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and preferably in Abu Dhabi.
