1. Provide exceptional service to all customers.2. Ensure the restaurant is set up for service by checking that the cutlery and table linen is clean.3. To prepare and clear tables whilst ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.4. Present the customer with the menu at the time of seating, making them aware of the daily special, promos and make recommendations.5. To efficiently take and serve correctly the customer?s orders.6. Answer questions about the menu, if the correct information is not at hand, seek the assistance of the Restaurant Manager or the Kitchen Manager.7. Remove dirty dishes and glasses on the table, clean and set it up for the next customer8. Ensure that each table are set up according to the standards of the company.9. Work closely with the Kitchen department to ensure that order details are handled correctly.10. Keep the restaurant and workstation clean and tidy at all times.11. Collect and process payments from customers and make sure it is charged correctly
