Job Description

Al-Ghars Educational is a private educational institution dedicated to developing and enhancing childrens language skills in Arabic and promoting them within our community. More than 1,000 students have benefited from our educational services, and we have provided over 20,000 developmental sessions for our students.Additionally, the institute targets young individuals residing in the UAE who are seeking opportunities to develop their educational and training skills. We prepare them to start offering developmental sessions to Al-Ghars clients after completing the designated training program for trainers. This training program includes various secrets, methods, and techniques of Al-Ghars that enable trainers to teach the targeted age groups and achieve optimal results in improving their academic and behavioral performance.Al-Ghars features a flexible working system based on the number of hours the trainer works, and they are compensated accordingly, in addition to annual and monthly incentives based on the trainers evaluations.Requirements:

  • Must currently be in the UAE.
  • Must hold a valid residency in the UAE.
  • Must possess a private means of transportation for commuting between teaching sessions (preferably those with their own car).
  • At least one year of experience in the teaching field is preferred.

  • 50 AED for each training hour
