  • Serve as directors of curriculum and instruction in the department of their specialized subject
  • Improve the quality of education in its various aspects such as curriculum development, instructional planning and implementation, assessment, professional development, and educational resources
  • Take part in the recruitment process as requested by the Principal by conducting interviews for candidates that focus on pedagogical content knowledge
