  • Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Execute recipes to the highest standards
  • Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation within their specific section of the kitchen
  • Manage inventory levels for their section of the kitchen
  • Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties˙
