We take energy forward - making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestThe role is responsible for driving initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functionsYou will be responsible for:

  • Setting preparation of detailed ESP sizing and Listing of all the major and minor components required for the ESP installation.
  • Delivering technical reports for clients with detailed bills of materials and ESP string as per client requirements.
  • Identifying and detailing of all necessary work or design for the ESP installation (pulling and running), troubleshooting, commissioning etc.
  • Writing of technical specifications for equipment used for surface and sub-surface equipment applying standard company operating procedures for evaluation.
  • Maintaining all ESP sizing and client well records from day one and updating the company online portal for well records.
  • Participating in writing of technical proposals, risk analysis, incident investigation, ongoing field operations and employee training.
  • Ensuring all ESP sizing is carried out in collaboration with the project manager and the customer representative.
  • Following up regularly on all the ESP installation reports, service reports, billing and cash collection.
  • Tracking and following up on all orders and shipments related to the project and communicating the same with the project manager.
  • Foreseeing all ESP installations, rig movements and workovers in order to plan and mobilize equipment and personnel.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Have 5 years of application engineering related to the Artificial Lift industry.
  • Have experience in managing projects relating to ESP.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
