Job Description

Analyst Services Transformation - UAE NationalSupport the implementation of the service development framework at the level of new and up-to-date services and trips to government agencies in Abu Dhabi that are available on digital platforms to the public, and help develop appropriate procedures, courses of action and responsibilities assigned to relevant government agencies in Abu Dhabi and relevant departments at the company level. In addition to helping to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through services added to the platform as needed.Functional responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Government Services Development Framework in Abu Dhabi through all services provided in coordination with government agencies in Abu Dhabi and in line with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi Government Services Agenda
  • Help coordinate with relevant departments and government agencies in Abu Dhabi during the stages of participation, planning, launch and maintenance of the service development cycle as required
  • Support in creating the digital customer journey process taking into account the requirements of the initial and final stages to ensure flexible transition and timely completion of the end user of the journey
  • Help analyze the course of service work based on the current state of government services and apply improvements based on the development framework and customer trip design if necessary in cooperation with government agencies in Abu Dhabi
  • Help verify that services comply with applicable service development standards to ensure compliance with these standards in all services developed by the Department
  • Conduct research, identify the latest global digital practices and highlight practices that can value services developed for audit purposes
  • Perform any other duties or career activities appointed by the direct manager
Institutional responsibilities
  • Take responsibility in line with the departments governance, policies and procedures
  • Compliance with company Corporate Excellence Guidelines and Corporate Excellence Guidelines
  • Contribute to the preparation of the required reports in accordance with the requirements of reporting internally within the company and externally where applicable
  • Find and identify new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or methods to meet challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements
  • Identify and search for professional development opportunities to proactively improve the technical capabilities and skills related to the departments functional requirements
Requirements Academic qualifications
  • Bachelors, diploma, secondary or other degree in IT management, business administration or any other related area
Professional experience
  • Experience in designing the IT process, managing application development or any other relevant area, so that at least:
  • Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 0 to 2 years
