Analytical scope of work:-Responsible for developing reports, creating expense types, validating expense account coding, and creating audit rules, and other requirements of the Management of Operation?-Analyze, troubleshoot and fix production tickets related to day-to-day business functions along with supporting of finance and ERP team related to period-End activities.-Administrate the (Define & implement) of internal controls, process improvement, and/or standard methodologies within the business module in ERP.-Assist in (Develop & maintain) documentation for Standard Operating Procedure around system & processes.-Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner.-Ability to adapt to changing priorities of the business and seek out ways to develop new skills.Financial scope-Administrate and maintain the supported Finance software applications, such as maintaining the operation and Cost Center, Supervisory, or Approval Hierarchies along with other global system parameters. The applications supported will have either a Finance or operation focus.-Conduct daily system interface reconciliation, following up the transactions and exception handling. Analyze outages, determine root cause, and escalate unresolved issues with recommendations for resolution. This includes reviewing departmental business processes against day to day activities within the system and recommending improvements.
