The SMEs provide guidance on how the system operates and is an expert on the various features of the EADGE-T system and can communicate to the customer the best ways to perform their specific tasks. They provide both classroom and individual training on the system and generate and maintain training material. And they provide operational perspective to system issues and troubleshooting.Operations Support to the customer may include evening work, weekend work, and deployment of mobile systems for demonstrations.
