JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARYThe Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA) is responsible for documenting high quality business requirements in an Agile context. The Agile BA works as part of the delivery team to document the detailed requirements using User Journeys and User Stories by engaging with business SMEs, developers, and the product owner. The Agile BA is also expected to have leadership skills to step into the Scrum Master or Product Owner role where needed. This role provides a major contribution to GTB in delivering the digitization and transformation strategy.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES???? Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.??? Engage with SMEs and end users and in some cases clients to identify, document and validate the requirements based on user journeys and user stories.??? Consult with the business SMEs and product owners to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.??? Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases, as required.??? Be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and support to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases.??? Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement.??? Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timeline, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.??? Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.??? Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospective.??? Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.RequirementsEducation & Experience???? Minimum 6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of Agile methodology experience.??? Must have experience in documenting user journeys and user stories.??? Must have experience in delivering corporate banking channels using Agile development methodology.??? Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and channels.??? For Cash business analyst, must have experience with previous project deliveries for cash products - iBanking, Intellect, LMS, DDS, WPS, Swift, UX UAE etc.??? For Trade B/A, must have experience with previous project deliveries for trade products - Import and Export Letter of credits, Import and Export Collections, Guarantees TRs Invoice discounting etc.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Competencies???
