1. Working closely with management to deliver the agency objectives and with direct reports to ensure that they can carry out their duties efficiently.2. Develop the customer portfolio of the agency division and grow the agency to meet company expectations.3. Cost conscious to meet company and customers? expectations.4. Ensuring Company and client safety process is managed and executed as per company and customer standards. 5. Establishing close working relationship with Port users as freight customers, shipping agencies, Port Authorities, Harbor control teams, Customs and Immigration.6. Be on top of all operations/vessels/cargo under the agency responsibility.7. Ensuring all shipping documentation, Customs documentation and cargo related documentations are prepared correctly and on time.8. Ensure good communication with all parties ? both internal and external stakeholders.9. Make proper planning with the direct reports and sub-contractors for smooth and seamless operations 10. Enabler as well as the interface between external authorities and Tristar Management11. Ensure operations are never affected negatively by administrative issues. 12. Timely and correct invoicing of customers ? All invoicing to be approved before release.13. Maintaining and managing financial reports for AR and AP including NPA 14. Ensure good relationship with suppliers and efficient service is supplied to clients15. Assure compliance with company operational policy 16. Ensure effective control on operational cost 17. Manage operations including Sea, Air and haulage 18. Management of all 3rd party contracts.
