We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. If youre a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Manage incoming email inquiries, respond promptly, and direct messages to the appropriate departments.- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for potential clients.- Create and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.- Calculate monthly employee salaries and maintain a well-organized salary sheet.- Handle petty cash and maintain records of bill receivables and payables.- Maintain accurate attendance records for all workers.- Issue purchase orders to vendors and suppliers as needed.- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain a consistent payment follow-up process.- Assist in tracking and following up on pending quotations.- Prepare concrete scanning reports for the clients
