Executive Assistance: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Air Navigation Services Officer (Chief ANS Officer), including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.2. Report Preparation: Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and data to assist the Chief ANS officer in decision-making. This often involves collecting information from various departments and ensuring its accuracy and relevance.3. Communication Management: Acting as the point of contact between the Chief ANS officer and internal/external parties. This includes managing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, and ensuring that the Chief ANS officer is well-informed of all important issues.4. Meeting Coordination: Organizing and coordinating executive meetings, including setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes during meetings.5. Project Management Support: Assisting in managing projects as directed by the Chief ANS officer, which can include research, coordination, and monitoring project progress.6. Document Management: Creating, maintaining, and managing important documents and files related to the Chief ANS officer office.7. Liaison Role: Acting as a liaison between the Chief ANS officer and other staff members or stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in office software and tools, along with experience in administrative roles, is typically required. The role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Education:Bachelors degree in business administration, management or similar required.Competencies Required:
