Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to lead and streamline the administrative functions of our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative operations, a strong relationship and deep understanding of local and federal government procedures, and solid knowledge of ADGM regulations and real estate compliance frameworks in the UAE.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal operations and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE federal laws and Abu Dhabi-specific regulations, including:
  • Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) operational, financial, and real estate regulations.
  • Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
  • Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT)
  • Abu Dhabi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
  • Liaise with relevant government and regulatory entities to manage licensing, company registration, property transactions, and compliance documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with municipality, land Department ministries.
  • Manage legal documents, tenancy contracts, renewals, and real estate records in accordance with both onshore and ADGM rules.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all administrative and operational procedures align with current laws and regulations.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, ensuring efficient office management and professional internal communication.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and budgeting for administrative expenditures.
