Job Description

What will I be doingActivity Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Carry out daytime and evening program for adults and kids
  • Support/ Organize Birthday Parties
  • Ensuring guests participate in all activities during the day.
  • Acting as ambassador of the hotel and facilities in terms of service excellence, work ethics,
  • responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality and achievement of an outstanding guest experience.
  • Ensuring that matters relating to safe operations and pollution prevention risk are carried out
  • Reporting non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences to the master.
  • Manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment and work under pressure
  • Ensures / Support the cleanliness of the activity area and kids club
  • Replaces Kids Club Team Members / Receptionist in her/his absence
  • Performs choreographed and rehearsed activity routines as scheduled
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Hilton standards and work varied shifts which will include weekends and public holidays
