We need someone who can systematically analyze, identify, group, create, test, finetune and rollout the GPOs, leveraging different tools (Microsoft / Non-Microsoft) and techniques. He/she could establish a confidence to be able to systematically analyze existing Group Policies in order to consolidate/optimize/revamp these.Customer has 100s of GPOs for servers and endpoint, consolidating these GPOs while keeping security in mind needs a thoughtful approach and execution.Responsibilities:Master Group Policies, merging, applying, and migratingDesign, implement, and manage Active Directory infrastructureEnsure high availability, performance, and security of directory servicesTroubleshoot and resolve Active Directory issuesImplement directory synchronization systemsAnalyze and improve Active Directory environmentsConfigure and manage Active Directory server roles (CAs, IIS, DNS, etc.)Integrate AD management tools and servicesPlan and support large-scale Active Directory projectsRequirements:Strong understanding of Active Directory attributes and LDAP queriesProficiency in PowerShell scripting for AD modificationsExpertise in Group Policy configuration and item-level targetingFamiliarity with AD Sites, replication topology, and native AD troubleshooting toolsKnowledge of permissions for Microsoft Built-In GroupsExperience with directory and identity management solutionsRelevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, CISSP)Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
