Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accountant to oversee our financial activities and ensure the accuracy and transparency of our financial records. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and working closely with the CEO to maintain our financial health.Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and managing expense reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets to provide insights into the companys financial performance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide recommendations for improving financial processes.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll and related records accurately and on time.
Financial Planning: Collaborate with the founder to develop financial strategies and forecasts for business growth
