Processoutgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures of theOrganization. Perform dayto day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recordingaccounts payable and receivable data. Reconcilethe accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accountedfor and properly posted. Verify andinvestigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthlyvendor statements Updateaccounts payable and receivable records and perform reconciliations. Understandscompliance issues around accounts payable processes (taxation, etc.) Maintainup-to date billing system. Generate andsend out invoices to clients. Follow upon, collect and allocate payments. Carry outbilling, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Monitorcustomer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and otherirregularities. Follow up for the same with the clients. Cross-check andresolve payment discrepancies. GenerateAccounts Receivable gap analysis and review aging to ensure compliance. Arrange cashrequests, perform petty cash reconciliation and disbursement accurately. Assist monthend closing tasks.
