Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.3. Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions and ensure accurate recording. Conduct regular petty cash reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.5. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT. Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.6. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Maintain accurate payroll records.7. Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.8. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
