Job Description

We are looking for a skilled accountant to join our team and provide financial expertise to support our continued growth.Job Summary:As the accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close. You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reductions and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
