Job Description

Job description? Responsible for the daily Accounting entries of the company(ledger,JV?s,Purchases, PDC?s, payment, receipts)? Petty cash posting by project wise cost and control.? Expert in VAT Calculation and VAT Filing.? Should have good experience in filing system.? Should have expertise in Submission of Bank related Documents and application.? Should have experience for Audit reports submission.? Should have knowledge intercompany transactions.? Reconciliation of All Accounts on monthly bases i.e. suppliers, bank Accounts, clients.? Preparation of all monthly financial reports.? Provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management.? Manage company and project cash flow.? Should have knowledge of WPS and payroll process.? Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures.Requirement:

  • Bachelor?s Degree in accounts specialization.
  • 2 to 3 years of Experience in Building construction
  • Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
  • Must Have Knowledge in ERP System / Preferable Focus & Quick book
  • Understanding of commercial insurance policies required
  • Language proficiency: English/Arabic
