Job Description

  • Handling payments to insurance companies as per the agreed payment terms
  • Managing reconciliations of accounts (Insurance Company statements, bank statements, Intercompany statements, etc.)
  • Processing invoices and journal vouchers
  • Processing timely payment of office utility bills and commissions for business development department.
  • Assisting with month-end closing of accounts
  • Handling petty cash
