Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;? Conducting regular preventative maintenance inspections of HVAC equipment ? Repairing or replacing defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including but not limited to thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers and etc.? Installing and calibrating systems & copper tubing and repairing pipes and tubing as necessary? Changing spare parts where required ? Developing and continually updating technical knowledge of existing and new services/products through attending in-house or external training courses ? Developing excellent professional relationships with all clients by demonstrating an understanding of their MEP requirements ? Assuming responsibility for a high quality and timely delivery of maintenance services
