Implement and maintain all quality system requirements, including APQP, PPAP, customer concerns, and customer visits.
Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct process capability studies, gauge process stability, and implement effective Statistical Process Control (SPC) measures.
Participate in root cause analysis on failures and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to quality and process improvement functions.
Work closely with QA labs on incoming inspections, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and handling of nonconforming materials.
