Prepare & supervise all the activities done in production area either inside or outside the plant
Schedule the monthly production plan and achieve it.
Ensure that all the materials used comply with PBRs & orders
Make sure that all PBRs procedures for products are achieved in the department either inside or outside.
Ensure that all the steps of operation in the department are done as required
Track the performance of every operator in the department
Prepare training plan for every employee in the department
Process improvement core team member
Share in investigating & reporting any deviations & changes done in the department
Initiate and review all SOPs in the department
Overcome any troubleshooting appearing in the department
Ensure that everyone in the department to be well trained and qualified to the assigned job.
Ensure the implementation of all SOPs in the department.
Overcome all troubleshooting appearing in the department.
Make reconciliation of batches and state any comments if there.
